Answer inbound calls to book airline tickets.
Document the calls to ensure all information is captured.
Good knowledge of Amadeus, Galileo, Saber & Ensure one time call resolution.
Maintain accuracy of information given and documented.
Reservation, cancellation, rescheduling, preparing tickets.
Attend briefings, trainings and meetings as & when required.
Should work in rotational night shifts.

Should have minimum 6 months experience in International Airticketing.

Should have good knowledge of international Airport codes.(Short codes)

Should know reservation, cancellation, re-scheduling, preparing ticketing.having

Good thorough knowledge of Amadeus, Galileo & Electronic ticketing.

Required to make reservations, Issue tickets, confirm flight availability etc.
