Provide first-level technical Support on basic operational or maintenance of personal computers and /or peripherals using available tools.
Guide customer troubleshooting efforts to identify products that have Customer Issues and issue service calls in accordance with guidelines.

Minimum Qualification:
>Under-graduates (10+2) preferably with a minimum of 1 year International Call Centre experience or 3yrs any domain.
>Diploma (10+3) preferably with a minimum of 1 year International Call Centre experience or 3yrs any domain.
>Graduates (10+2+3): Fresher/Experienced
Positions: Right from Entry level to Senior Associate (CSR, TSR, Sr.CSR, Sr.TSR)
Salary Package (CTC): Anywhere between 1.2Lacs to 3.35+ (Based on relevant experience)
