Job Description-
Provide first-level technical Support on basic operational or maintenance of personal computers and /or peripherals using available tools.
Guide customer troubleshooting efforts to identify products that have Customer Issues and issue service calls in accordance with guidelines.

Resolving customer’s application questions in the areas of system configurations / setup, product functionality and bugs / enhancements.
 This includes referral to other service areas, follow-up, testing and troubleshooting.

Insurance Process: UK/US Shift – Motor Vehicle Insurance - (Claims, retention, Underwriting, Sales)
HR Process: US Shift- (Recruitment, Leave and Compensation, absent management, Pension…)
Mortgage Process: US Shift – Deals with verification and documentation
Media Process: UK Shift – Satellite TV Customer Support
ISP Process: US Shift – SBC Yahoo – Internet Service Provider – Tech Support.
HardCore Tech: UK(sat & sun off)/US Shift - Desktop Laptop Support/Server Support.
Collection: UK/US/AUS Shift.
Tickiting: UK Shift - Customer Service.
