An inbound CSA deals with a number of incoming calls pertaining to a wide variety of services provided by the clients. The associate provides excellent customer service and gives precise information to the customer ensuring customer satisfaction .

10th pass / UG / Graduate Fresher / Experienced, willing to work in shifts.

Spoken knowledge of  English is must.
