Customer support - should be able to handle inbound and outbound calls in order to assist UK/US/clients

Technical support - should be able to handle inbound and outbound calls and solve technical related queries,provide first level tech support

Salaries ranging from 8.5k to 30k for

Age limit 18-36 yrs (With call center experience) (With out call center Experience Max age 32)

Process

Insurance Process: UK Shift – Motor Vehicle Insurance -  (Claims, retention, Underwriting)

Mortgage Process: US Shift – Deals with verification and documentation

Media Process: UK Shift – Satellite TV Customer Support

ISP Process: US Shift – SBC Yahoo – Internet Service Provider – Tech Support

FNA - Finance and accounts ,Semi voice

0-11 months ( International BPO voice): Any Graduates fresher or experience salary up to 2lacs pa

1yr + ( International BPO voice): Any Graduates with 1 yr +experience salary up to 2.75lacs pa

Other Domain Experience: 0-59months salary up to 2lacs pa

* Should be flexible to work in shifts

*Should have excellent communication skills
