  • Providing desktop support to the operation team as well as to the clients.
  • Handling client through calls, email and chatting….
  • Installing software, Formatting, access right to the user.
  • Supporting the staff members as well as clients on various fields. Like installing and maintaining the application.
  • Handling the admin responsibilities for the team members.
  • Distributing the work among the team members.
  • Creating the report in Excel and report to the Team Leader.
  • Excellent communication skills.

    Flexible to work in shifts.

    Graduates or undergraduates with min 1 yr exp in technical support in international call centre.

    • Working knowledge of some of the following hardware would be desirable:

    PC, Laptop, Printer, other PDA, copiers, scanners, peripherals.

    • Working knowledge of some of the following network components would be desirable:

    Desktop networking, patching, SCALA.

    Salary 2.8 to 3.2 lpa+ incentives.
