Providing desktop support to the operation team as well as to the clients.
Handling client through calls, email and chatting….
Installing software, Formatting, access right to the user.
Handling the admin responsibilities for the team members.
Distributing the work among the team members.
Creating the report in Excel and report to the Team Leader.
Excellent communication skills.
Flexible to work in shifts.
Graduates or undergraduates with min 1 yr exp in technical support in international call centre.
- Working knowledge of some of the following hardware would be desirable:
PC, Laptop, Printer, other PDA, copiers, scanners, peripherals.
- Working knowledge of some of the following network components would be desirable:
Desktop networking, patching, SCALA.
Salary 2.8 to 3.2 lpa+ incentives.
