Roles and responsibility for IT helpdesk / Server Support /Voice based Technical Support, Associate Sr Associate - Technical, Microland, Bangalore:

 

IT Help desk-Technical support - should be able to handle inbound and outbound calls and solve technical related queries,provide first level tech support

Server support -Provide Technical Support for Global Enterprise customers for a Backup and Recovery Application

2.The Backup and Recovery application will be installed either on Windows /Linux/Unix servers

3.You will be responsible to provide technical support for Installation, Configuration and administration related issues

4.The Job involves providing support via Phone, Chat and emails and this call taking role.
Requirements for IT helpdesk / Server Support /Voice based Technical Support, Associate Sr Associate - Technical, Microland, Bangalore:
*Candidates should be flexible to work in shifts(US)
*Excellent communication skills
*Any graduate freshers can apply
*Undergraduates with min 6 months exp in ICC or 1 year exp in any other domain can apply

* Great opportunity for freshers

* Candidates applying for IT help desk and server support should have more than 9 months of exp in tech support in ICC
