Openings available for the position of Csr,Tsr,Sr Csr,Sr Tsr
Csr - should be able to handle inbound and outbound calls in order to assist UK/US/AUS clients
Tsr-provide first level tech support on basic operational or maintenance of personal computers / peripherals etc using available tools
Handling technical queries
Should be flexible to work in shifts
Should have excellent communication skills
Any graduate freshers can apply
undergraduates with min 6 months exp in ICC or 1 year exp in any other domain can apply
BE less than 65 % can apply
BE greater than 65 % with min 6 months ICC can apply
