1.Provide Technical Support for Global Enterprise customers for a Backup and Recovery Application
2.The Backup and Recovery application will be installed either on Windows /Linux/Unix servers ( You will be responsible for Application level issues, and will not be troubleshooting servers actively)
3.You will be responsible to provide technical support for Installation, Configuration and administration related issues
4.The Job involves providing support via Phone, Chat and emails and this call taking role.
5.Excellent Customer handling skills are paramount, as you will be working with customers who are in a corporate or a Small medium business environment
1. Excellent english verbal and written communication skills
2. Orientation towards understanding customer’s issue and responding accordingly.
3. Good technical knowledge about Network Storage, data recovery, tape libraries, Servers, and Operating System.
4. Certifications in MCSE, Storage, and RHC would be an added advantage.
5. Willingness work in 24/7 working environment.
