Excellent english verbal and written communication skills
Orientation towards understanding customer’s issue and responding accordingly.
Good technical knowledge about Network Storage, data recovery, tape libraries, Servers, and Operating System.
Certifications in MCSE, Storage, and RHC would be an added advantage.
Willingness work in 24/7 working environment.
Analyze problems with the service and resolve the issues. Gather information from customers either by phone, chat or e-mail to enable effective troubleshooting
Troubleshoots and repairs hardware and software problems with servers, back up devices and so on and Coordinating with other vendors to resolve customer issues.
Handle critical changes and be the SPOC for entire life cycle of the change
Handle and Troubleshoot Technical queries from global enterprise customers
Troubleshooting Technical Issues related to storage, Network Storage, data recovery, tape libraries, Servers, and Operating System.
Install / Uninstall various software and upgrades equipment when necessary
Excellent communication skills.
Flexible to work in shifts.
Graduate freshers with basic knoledge about computers.
Any 10+2 or graduate freshers with min 1 yr technical support exp can apply.
Interacting with clients and trouble shooting their queries regarding technical issues.
Salary for freshers 10k + incentives and for experienced it go up to 5 lpa
