IT Help desk-Technical support - should be able to handle inbound and outbound calls and solve technical related queries,provide first level tech support Server support -Provide Technical Support for Global Enterprise customers for a Backup and Recovery Application 2.The Backup and Recovery application will be installed either on Windows /Linux/Unix servers 3.You will be responsible to provide technical support for Installation, Configuration and administration related issues 4.The Job involves providing support via Phone, Chat and emails and this call taking role. |
